Sweet Potato Cinnamon Chips


  • Cinnamon Sugar Sweet Potato Chips
  • 1-2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • Coarse Sea Salt (Optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Slice sweet potatoes as thin as possible.
  3. Lay out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  4. Gently spray with cooking spray.
  5. Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
  6. Top with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt.
  7. Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Flip over with a spatula halfway through.
  9. Remove any chips that are baking faster than the others.
  10. Chips should be slightly crispy.
  11. Serve warm.
